St Theresa

The Headmistress Writes
Issue 1479
st theresa.jpg It’s always sad to hear bad news about a member of staff, so you can imagine just how sad I felt when I heard the very sad news that Mr Johnson’s marriage has sadly come to an end, due to his sadly being thrown out and the locks sadly changed.

People’s private lives are very much their own affair and it’s not for us to pore over every detail and compile them in a dossier. No, as a vicar’s daughter, on account of my father being a vicar, I’m very keen on marriage, so when a marriage like Mr Johnson’s fails I feel it very personally and weep tears of laughter. I’m not going to moralise, but for a man who wants the school to “take back control”, it would help if Mr Johnson could exercise some control in the trouser department.

As I said, I’m not going to dwell on this sad news or use it against Mr Johnson and it is for others to judge whether his unscrupulous, deceitful, disloyal, reckless, shameful, cheating, selfish, unreliable, foolish, disgusting, sly, stomach-churning, duplicitous, brazen, scandalous, harmful, egotistical, buffoonish behaviour renders him in some way unfit ever to be Head of this school.
